Motherboard+GFX Upgrade

I'm thinking of upgrading my computer.
Currently Dell Dimension 3000 (arghh, never buy)
Is there any motherboard which would still support my Celeron Proccessor? Which has an AGP or PCI-E slot, which also fits into my computer.
Also, is there any good AGP or PCI-E card which fits into my 120 euro gfx budget.

how about ypu upgrade processors while your at it, go with a amd or intel, then go with a asus motherboard.........

Yea, i've been keeping my eye on a dual-core, but i don't know what boards support it.

most new moterboards support duel core.....here is wat i would get.

looks sweet, hopefully the board will fit in my computer :s but the asus one doesn't support intel, which i need for equipment, but the gfx card and processor is excellent
