I've actually been able to use Duradel and the Veteran boat for about 3 levels, but every time I level up it keeps telling me that and it won't go away. :(

I got that for a while, Since mage and range don't effect combat much, you will have that for a while. Congrats on your range level and good luck on 99 Range!
