Yarr, I be level 3. Here be some things I've done recently:

Lost City

Ranging Ben helped me alot during Lost City, so big thanks to him

Shilo Village next... *sigh*.

Exactly 1m, 2m and 3m cooking exp.

85 cooking.

Att he comp I am at i cant see pic's so i will ask you, how do u do lost city at lvl 3??
Did u use ring of recoil after friend does a lot of damage to it?

you can hide and range it, he has one range so id take you forever.

But it gives you exp.... And he is a lvl 3 guy

The spirit has 96 hp. 4 exp per hit x 96 hits = 384 xp meaning I'd get higher than 1 range

I thought you could do it if you poisoned the thing then hid, and it died from the poison.

Gratz+arrows are allowed so recoil rings+poisoned arrows+a bow

The trick is to hit a 1 (mage, ranged or melee, although it can hit 10s so melee isn't recommended =/) on the spirit, then get a high level friend to cast a couple of curse spells on it so it attacks him then he has to sit there getting hit with a recoil on.
When it dies you get the kill because you caused the most direct damge.
Voila.
