going for 90 att 99 str

I just got back from rs from a long long break... and I want to train combat so im deciding to get 99 str and 90 att... I will also hit level 70 prayer on the way...

anyways... I would like to ask people here... what is some good places to train fast exp on str or att? im thinking of going dharoking at ape atoll.

I don't know muhc about 90+ training but I know Apes are good, but I always like using slayer to get combat up.

use slayer or go to bandits but i never trained there so i cant tell more... maybe get dragon halbert and go halberting to black demons or fire giants or something good money you know
