man, its EASY...

first, get like 4-5k IRON ORES
ask a MEMBER friend that has some Rings of Forging(many...140 bars per) He might accept======FREE XP.... ( at worse, give him gps that equal the Rings Prices)
you have now 4-5k iron BARS

you can make about 1k iron plates

125k xp done

easy

if you dont have any member friend:

make 1k steel bars

sell for 550-600k

buy iron bars 100 each
you have 5,5 -6k iron bars

easy

Steel bars may seem to take time to make, but it would take least time than making your own Iron bars...

Edit: BUT

if you want to train your magic level too, it would be better to make STEEL platebodies, but you need much money to buy Nats, or much more time to get 5 iron + 10 coal per PLATE. 5x (1+2)...
