newb, only 60 construction? by now i thought youd be no. 1
I should probably explain why Construction level 60 is a bit of a bigger deal to me than it would seem, sure the level is easy enough but i took a break from skilling, for a good year really and I've made a come back into skilling last month. Somethings relight the flames as it where. ;D
It's a big deal to me because it's a landmark, it's all my skills back to 60+, how they was before i stopped skilling. Now i can, perhaps achieve a goal i never managed before.
I'd also like to meantion Firemaking, it's not stopped. I
will still be getting 99, i just wont be getting it as fast nor training it as frequently. I've decided that at the end of the day, i put my enjoyment of this game before i do anything else and the constant grinding at one skill, while affective and gets the job done fast isn't fun.
It's tedious, it's boring and it's not how I'd prefer to play this game. I enjoy leveling up, i enjoy watching my character grow, i like seeing him gain new abilities and most importantly i see my skill total as a greater and more important thing than any one skill.
I've always tried to keep my combat low compared to my total and still aim to do so, I'm not one of those...silly "skill" pures that seems to forget, or perhaps is happy to live in ignorance that combat is in fact a skill but i still like having a low combat for my st.
So this announcement is mostly just to say I'm getting back to what matters and what i find enjoyable. In fact i already have. I'm crafting 2k vials at the moment as it is.
Why? Because i have 2k tarrs that are going to get me a few levels. Most players would just buy the vials. It's faster, it's not to costly and it gets the herblore levels quick.
ME however, I'd rather get a crafting level out of it as well as herblore. Every little bit helps as it were.
