Well, I'm throwing my hat in for a partial project Brad, and I'm going to go for 99 fishing. It'll be my first 99 if I complete it, but this one is a long haul, and it can't be bought, though it should come with some nice profit...
I just put in a goal sig, so now it's official.

tuna and swordies 'till 80, then shark, unless i get a higher mining level for living rock caverns.

if your heading for exp, i would recommend your method until you hit sharks and do monkfish? or something for better exp.

and for the living rock cavern you don't need a mining level to get in and you can buy the bait in the g.e.

well, I do know there isn't a mining requirement to get in, but I don't want to have to buy the bait. I'll probably do tuna and swordfish 'till sharks, then sharks until cavefish, then cavefish until rocktail and rocktail until 99.

i would recommend doing cavefish as soon as you hit 85 then rocktail from 90-99, i use an ibis for a +3 fishing boost
I am currently level 95 185k xp from 96

Lol, just got 64 strength from barbarian fishing... 10 xp from every fish adds up eventually :P
