Some kills you don't completely finish off and you have to leave because you're out of pots/food. That's probably how i missed it,also sometimes you get distracted by another one and in the meantime the other one that you were previously killing runs off somewhere out of sight and dies.

hehe thanks duke,right now im questing so dont expect any more dpics right now,when i'm done my list of quests/get bored of questing ill take a break by killing chaos dwarves.
