Right so a while back I posted a topic about trying to get the Quest cape but I took another look at it and had it locked because it was too early to start making a topic, but now the time has arrived and it's much closer.
So here are the Levels and Quests I need to do:
Quests
All Quests Done !
Levels
The last level I need now.

60 smithing at the moment but at the moment I am doing The Great Brain Robbery.
UPDATE: Added a goal sig.
