Man, 83 cooking is great in books grats. 99 will be even better though, good luck with it.

Save your pictures as .png instead of .gif and it should look better.

If you use SwiftSwitch for your pictures: go to File -> Options -> Settings and change the screenshot setting to save as .png.

Or if you use print screen + paint, just add .png to the end of the file name when you save it.

Im not saying this is a bad skill to get but ALOT of people have 99 cooking. - Check the hiscores...
