Going for 80 Attack, 85 Strength, 70 Defence!!!

Attack 72/80
Strength 77/85
Defence 65/70
Yayz!! I need Suggestions on what to train on, i was hoping to get some money on this deal..... also some prayer levels -.- also i need donateions i got hacked and i need to get d long full rune or maybe just part of it and power ammy, hopefully glory

Buy best armor and weapons (torags, rune boots, steel gaunts, +whip and d sq) like you do.. and wear a zammy/sara cape

Then go to bandit camp south of the bedabin with a full load of shark, train on the lv56 bandits and you'll get tons of exp.

Since you cant wear torags use rune =]

Well since your in such a bad predicament...train on Rock Crabs or Experiemnts they are very weak with a lot of hop

well, i'm traning on ppl at the duel arena and w000t got to 73 attack and 65 defence and almost 78 str 32k till level!

Train on slayer monsters. They are the best by far to train on, but will only be helpful if you go to the best slayer instucter you are allowed to go to. They help a lot in skills. Also i suggest getting thorag hammers, or maye and great axe or a whip, they will help a lot in leveling your skills. I would try and get your defense up first because that helps the best.

If you got hax0rd the last thing you want to do is try train. Make some decent money and then see what you want to do from there. it will broaden your options.

First do Monkey Madness ( D scimmy and exp )
Experements if you want quock exp.
Baby Blues for prayer ( quick prayer exp )
Fire Giants ( for money and prayer, but crowded )
Rock Crabs ( drop's and exp )
Gnome Quests ( for exp )
Glorie and Ring of Wealth ( better drops and hiting )
