Something that is probably incredibly easy but I can't do.

So I want to use the ceiling cat as a spray and this is the highest resolution image with transparency I could find. Only issue is it's a gif that (as indicated in the url - http://www.gamesprays.com/files/resource_media/preview/*******.gif) contains a "**** eating dog". I'm wondering if anyone can "trim out" the dog but still keep the transparency. It's probably easy but I'm stupid, lazy and don't have any decent image editing software.

Otherwise I'll have to go with this, which TBH is barely a change, I just like complaining

If you do a reverse image search you can probably find really high res versions.

This was the highest resolution one I can find (I'm pretty sure it's the original image). But again it doesn't have transparency (and I'm an idiot with no image editing software). In fact I think they're the same resolution, it's just that the other one is cropped and has been upscaled.
