Any tips/improvements?

edit: just realized the the block top/bottom borders are black and thus do not show up XD

It's kinda dark, but it's pretty good.

Seems like you used a couple of brushes and then topped it off with blurring the render. It looks alright, but it's very beginner, reading some tutorials on GFX forums would help you improve =P.

I actually only used one layer of brushing on it. =\

The background is just a motion blur with a lot of burning, an overlay, an gradient, and some other stuff.
