My art / I need help.

Alright
So

I'm a perfectionist when it comes to art. I have been working on this picture of my dog, Lennon, and I'm halfway through it, but I'm getting extremely frustrated with it. I can't seem to make it right >_<

Here are two pictures I did that I love:


I drew this in my art class, they're eggs. Two of them are large whole eggs, the other two are regular sized broken eggs. I drew it using charcoal.



This is a drawing I made of my friend. =] I used pencil.

Now, this is the scary part.
I want constructive criticism please. Like I said, I'm only half way done, and I'm feeling kind of stuck.


This is helping already. I can see that his eyes are messed up, and that white spot on the right side of his nose is too bright/big.

But yeah, I just want to make this drawing as good as the other two.

Your dog is really good is really good. Im assuming that is his tail? Im not an artist so i dont really want to tell you how to draw but id make the tail more of a point or something.

me too not really and artist and they both look awsome ...and lennon his tail for some reason looks like a dog's leg to me because of that white spot (dogs knee) in the middle makes it look like its bended
