Very nice. The only thing I didn't like is that the guy in the picture looks a little bit ugly.

It looke like you're just starting out so I can't complain to much cause it looks good

the only thing that makes it look weird to me is that it looks like you added the "bevel & emboss" effect to try and make a border >.< I wouldn't recommend doing that

But ya other than that it's pretty good

Yeah, listen to Haruki. that point is one I was going to point out. If you just want to do a simple border just use a 1 pixel pencil. Then draw around the sig while holding down shift (straight lines). If you want something more fancy you can always make it thicker and leave out the left and right side. I also think that blending the render by making it more transparent is a definite no-no.

One thing I would recommend is having small parts of brushes/C4Ds overlap the render, but not too much as to make it unrecognizable, like I did in this sig:
