You know what this looks like to me? It looks like an old movie that they messily put on some paint on a small fraction, trying to get it on the eye, but messed up and went off the eye. From the render, Wario seems to be quite happy. I wouldn't be happy if I wasn't coloured. Colour means all depicting the mood of the render and the background. I do however like the shape of the signature. Very different than the usual border. I would try some other text. The text fits in kind of, but I think you overuse that one text.

There is one noticeable problem I can see also. The tile square underneath Wario's big head is popping out more than the other tiles. I Try erasing it or put Wario above that tile.

To be honest, I didn't like it very well. Colour just puts the 1,000 words into a picture. And your signature has very few words in it.

for a sig with a wario theme. there's not much wario. =/ it needs more wario.
