I'm making Lumbridge, in 3D. [Updated: 12/11]

Latest Updates;
- Today I changed the grass, expanded the castle walls and added a few more small details. I had a lot of trouble with expanding the land, and had to re-do it ... twice. The grass was changed because I sort of lost the data. Grr, let me know how you like the new stuff.

I use 3d Studio Max 8, but it's not a free program. I think Blender 3D is what Southrend's using though, and that's free.

I think the courtyard is way to big in proportion to the castle, but it's turning out GREAT.

Maybe that project could turn into making the entire map

...nah.

It's black because it's reflecting the non existent sky, which by defulat is black. When I do add a sky, the water will reflect blue, or orange, depending on the sky map I use..

I've done a lot of work today! Most of it was tweaking and experimenting but I think I've improved it. Let me know what you guys think.

It looks much better now! However I think the grass is a tad bit too dark. You should expand onto making the top parts of the castle now imo.

3rd update comment: That is great! I love it. The grass has a few lightish white spots though. Nice new update.

You don't like them? I figured they'd look like small flowers, making the grass look more realistic. I can try to get rid of them though.
