What you are looking at is the final version of the Fiore's Prison WIP i've worked on for quite a while now, the black "blob" you're probably wondering about is in fact my newest character's first form, "Manifest".

Manifest’s DNA began to develop and the Living Metal slowly turned into a foetus, which grew into Manifest. The US Military saw Manifest as a weapon, and used him to try to wage war against Endymia. Manifest did not obey and “removed” the threat of the US Military.
Manifest, like Fiore, has the ability to shape-shift and control elements at will. A clash between Fiore and Manifest is inevitable – but the outcome is unpredictable as Fiore and Manifest are almost identical.
Can't spend any more time on this scene, as my deadline is the first week of June. The animation for this scene is also done. Manifest (the black "blob") simply drops from the top of the screen, lands with a ripple effect, and sort of slides off the screen.
