Some tips for using Evanescent, the font:
Never use capital E or F, and only use capital L sparingly, if at all.
Reverse the capitalisation for A, B and S. (e.g is you want to say "Anubis" you write "AnuBiS").
Dont use small W, its boring. Vv works just as well.
Dont use small R, its looks crap. Use capital.
So, for "The Quick Brown Fox Jumps Over The Lazy Dog" you would do "The Quick bRoVvn fox jumpS oveR The lazy Dog"

Back to the sig-
Background - needs improving. Its a bit boring. Maybe a bit more grungy things.
Text - Needs some kind of effect. Its too plain.
Border - Boring.
Im going to give it 6.5/10.

well, that red you used is...well...odd
try messing around with blending options and as far as the BG try to add some brushing here and there and then add a render mabey...
but if you don't want a render make the sig it self smalller...

If you wanted something with red text and border you should do something with a red contrast. Not just leave the background black and white and place some random colours up and down the place.
