my first fractal - ownage?

Feel free to rate it, is my first ever try but i think i did an awesome job.

I think it's good for your first fractal. When you first look at it, it doesn't seem like much. But just how the lines overcross and intertwine is so well made. I like the different shades of green that you used, and I think that sort of splotchy "spray paint" thing makes it a LITTLE overdone, but still awesome.

For creativity, I'll give this a 9/10. I think you can work a little more on depth though, this piece looks a little flat. I think you're on you way to becoming as good as Rafe is.

Hmm. Well its okay for your first. Lets give you a few tips.

First of all, when adjusting the gamma, make sure its quite high, as I can see with your one you have it low so all of the fractal lines drawn by the program are 'solid'. If you have the gamma up higher it will seem to blend a bit more with the background.

Design-wise, I think its great, the shape is good, gradient works, not really much else I can say about it.

9.10, gamma could be at a better level.

Listen to Anubis, he knows what he is talking about when it comes to this.

I like yours though, its, lets just say a little different then other people that make these. The different shades of green look good, as MQ said. I like it. Just the idea of making a lot of random marks with it is very interesting. I would not call this a masterpiece, but its alright.
