Very nice, the only thing i dont like are the lines near the bottom of the building. Dont really like the way they look.

I know the vines/tentacles don't look as good of some of my past ones, I didnt really focus much on them

Nice job, but it's really lacking a light source. Try using the dodge brush to make one. And one more nit-picky thing, the stroke around the tentacles is looking too choppy...maybe remove it or blur it a little. You're making big improvements though!
