First siggy ! ( help )

plz rate , this is my first siggy ever made and yes im new to gimp no one taught me anything so i just made whatever i could plz critisize and tell me what to work on

Well, it is more of a picture than a signature. Signatures are more 450x150ish. I like what you did with the text, but it is a little difficult to see. Good job.

using gimp i dont no how to change the size so yah...

I like what you did with the horizontal lines, but it would have looked cooler if they were on the person, too.
Then there are random blobs of yellow and on the left an annoying sun-like image; you could get rid of that.
Make the font bigger and if you decide to keep the sun thing, move the font a bit away from it.
hmmm...
Oh right, and find out how to change the size.

i like the blob things and the horizontal lines make the guy look like hes popping out

Your using GIMP you say?

Well you should know how to change signature size, when you open a new file just type in the size you want. If you want to change the size of a layer or render, right click on the sig, go to Layer -> Scale Layer, and select it to the size you want.

The flare gives a good shine onto the sig, and the vertical lines look good too. However there could be more blending done on the sig overall, as it looks like it was just stuck one on top of the other. 6/10

Pretty good for a first, though it is obviously a noob's job, no offense.

Honestly, I think you should start by looking at a few GIMP tutorials here and at http://www.gimptalk.org/ to get used to image editing programs.

Good job for your first one, but try to learn to resize things, it's too tall to be a signature, more of a picture.

maybe not sure... not really that intrested in sigs..just wanted to try it out
