Here it is... Can you see anything I should change about this?

Ok, not bad but,
-The tree and fence looks awful/effortless. Add more detail to it.
-The grass land looks boring, add some shades to give it depth.
-Same goes for the sky; add a cloud/sun or something.
-I would add some wind streaks by the dragon, to make it look like he is actually flying in the sky.

Sorry to be so harsh, but I only want to provide you with improvement solutions/suggestions. The idea of the signature is very good, just try improving what I suggested.

I'd try some less luminous colours and I'd suggest you explore the world of pixel art, if you're going to do some buddy signatures it's good to make a background with a bit more detail, i.e. ferns, rocks, grass clumps and adding lighting/shadows.
