Pheonix empire, it's transparent, so you're prolly using IE which makes PNG transparency white.
Anyways, its a nice sig, but the border puts me off. Perhaps make the render slightly more blended, and make the text part of the actual sig.
If you want a rating, I guess I'll give a 7/10

I'd say: good idea, poor execution.
The background has some disturbing white splotch at the top. Maybe you could paint over it. The text can be dressed up a bit too. There's just something about the background though..hm. I like the idea, but the actual sig is just average.
