I love that tut - it taught me a lot. Nice outcome. Text could be doing with some work though. I don't like the text he uses on that tut

Umm, I think it's nice, I find the render to be a bit weird, but in overall it's nice.

I dont like it, its far too "sharp". And the text is near unreadable.

Removing the glow and adding a stroke would help the "elf of the month" part, the "sig by *unreadable*" is too transparent, why? Because I cant read it..

The background is okay, However I find those who practice in abstract work to be lazy, since next to none of them actually try to produce a certain shape. They randomly spray paint on a canvas and call it abstract.

Like I said, its too sharp. Or it appears to be. It may just be the "effects" you have used.
