What do you need to do to be a mod or admin?

I as wondering, what do you need to do to be a mod, admin, or anthying else along those lines?

just have a clean record, and if shane see's your right for the job (and theres an opening) then he'll contact you.

its kinda like being a mod on runescape...dont ask to be it really...just be good and you'll get the rank if your seen fit

Big Cojones, bigger if your aiming for admin.

Must not be afraid to stick it to the man. Ideally you should lead a second life much like so many other great moderators..batman, superman, super dog and so on. Good sense of humor. A nice friendly attitude to Pirates because pirates can't help being pirates and you shouldn't be racist about it.

Oh and if your a woman forget about it. Theres a reason theres no females in power here. All they do is write in Pink and start bloody debats over barbies and we've had the barbie or ken BS one to many times and Ken always wins anyway so lets just forget it. Ok? OK?!

No i joke. Good behavior, posting well, you know the usual. Mike/Shane and Co know what to look for really so i wouldn't worry just be yourself putting on an act in the hopes it'll get you somewhere just comes across as fake.

All of the above answers are correct. Be nice and friendly, don't cause trouble, but don't be a suck up. We also have to read the rules weekly so you might wanna get into a good routine of that too... it's a terribly monotonous task though, certainly not everyone's cup of tea.
