RuneScape B&B Clan Chat

Hay guys it's Furysweeper. I own a small RuneScape podcast called: RuneScape Tips Tonight. I was wondering if you guys wanted to join our podcast and several others in the Offical RuneScape Podcast Clan Chat! The Clan Chat Name is: Podcast_Chat. I would also be willing to give 25 people from RS B&B ranks in the new Clan Chat. Talk it over and I hope to see you guys around.

Why would we need to join a podcast chat if we already have a clan chat that works fine? I really don't see the point of making a combined clan chat.

Because as he's said, he wants to unify the podcast communities, not convert RSBANDB listeners to his own. Why is there this whole "you can only be loyal to one fansite, only loyal to one podcast, etc" thing always (Jagex does it too, they expect you to only play RuneScape and no other game..)? Why do forums have anything to do with a clan chat anyways? XD
It doesn't seem he is saying "Hi if you like RSBANDBs podcast, mine is better, so ditch RSBANDB and come to me".

Problem with asking RSBANDB members to become a part of it is that only a fraction of the site is the podcast. Not everyone one the forums listens to the podcast. Not everyone who listens to the podcast likes the forums or realizes there are forums + more.

I think for what he wants to accomplish it does need a seperate clan chat. We alreaady seem to be so discriminatory against people who don't have a smiley face next to their name or an unfamiliar name (even existing RSBAND members XD). How would you like it if furysweeper said "ok we don't need sperate clan chats to achieve this, we're going to use RSBANDBs. Everyone from my podcast will use RSBANDBs chat for podcast chatting. Everyone from Zybez's podcast will use RSBANDBs chat for podcast chatting. Everyone from this podcast will use RSBANDBs chat for podcast chatting. etc"
So yes, it does need a seperate chat because it doesn't make sense to do that. XD

To improve it, you need to be more confident. There was lots of ums and ahhhs while you were speaking. Also try and make an intro that is the same every week so if it came on, on say iTunes I'd be able to instantly recognise it and not have to open up iTunes to find out what episode it was. I don't think it's a good way to start a show by plugging your site straight away.
