Highscores Problems

Why is my account Mrcool985 not on the rsbandb highscores? It has a skill ranked, so that's not a problem. It's also spelled properly in the secondary accounts section.

I don't think secondary account go on there, isn't it just primary ones?

The problem with that field is lots of people enter extra words in that field that they aren't supposed to or names that aren't ever going to be on the jagex hiscores because they don't train that character. So to prevent the extra load from almost 1000 extra grabs on both our end and jagex's end, we "ban" them from updating when a new name added doesn't appear on the jagex hiscores. The names are then checked once a month after they were added to the "ban" list to see if they appear on the hiscores yet.

Your character mrcool985 was added to that ban list on June 3rd, so it would have been checked once again on July 3rd to see if it appears on the hiscores yet, and again on August 3rd, and so on. I removed it from the ban list for you and it should appear in the rsbandb high scores tomorrow.
