I believe RuneHQ and Rsbandb were partnered a while ago, but were split not too long after. I remember using RuneHQ a bit back then for other resources, and I always preferred the calculators they linked to from Rsbandb. Eventually, I ditched RuneHQ entirely and have been relying on the better community of B&B ever since.
Even so, we've got guides of all types. They're a bit harder to find , but I would expect the Content Crew to be getting those put where they need to be eventually. For now, check out the
