Do you guys think there should be a birthday sticky so people don't need to make a new topic and get strange replies? Because I just want a nice "happy birthday!", not weird or mean replies.

No. If people want to announce their birthday they can either:

A. Add it into their profile. It will then be displayed at the bottom of the forum on your birthday.
B. Create a topic in the sandbox on the day of their birthday.
