Suggestion

Would it be possible to put in effect a filter on the "view (new, your, unanswered, active) posts" option to filter out certain sub-forums? The filter could be controlled in "User CP" of course?

Example:
Set my filter to view all but the sandbox.
Click on any of the "view" options and see all topics except the ones that are located within the sandbox sub-forum.

Possible or no?

I think it's a good idea, anyone else? Vote in the poll.

^.^ Idk about recruitment, but yeah, when looking for actual legit posts, it's like trying to find a needle in a hay stack.

But I can see what you're saying, it would be annoying with the constant spammage.

It's a good suggestion, but sorry, Shane and I don't have the resources to do this, we have far too many other things for the site that we are working on at the moment.

Unless someone else makes a forum modification that can do this, or finds a forum modification that someone has already made that does this, it wont be happening for quite some time.

It is a good idea for people that use those links but it would not be easy to implement like Mike said, if someone can find or make a MOD to do this then it could be implemented but Mike and Shane have alot on there schedules.

I did wonder if it was even possible, so it is, but it isn't. xD I understand, thanks though for checking at least.

Can I ask what are the "other things for the site" are?
