Suggestion

I think when new people join our fourms there should be a pm sent to them. This pm would explain the rules and the different ares of rsbandb...

This has been talked about before i think. I still think people should take the time to read over our rules as it is, there not all that long you only have to read the first line and you get the idea of what it is, the rest is just a description.

I support, but how many of them will read through that post? Only if there would be some summarised rules, like: No double posting, no spam, etc. Not like NoobHQ, which post you freaking big pm with all the restricons and degradations.

The problem is not many people read that. To be honest, I didn't read it at first. I didn't go back and read it until about a month after I joined.

I think there should be a page with a summary of the rules when you register in a scroll box, and at the bottom have a checkbox saying "I have read and understood these rules. I will try my best not to break them and PM a site onwer or admin if I have any questions." or something along the lines of that. But you can continue, even if you don't check the box. If the box isn't checked, you will recieve a PM.
