Doesn't anyone ever use that post subject thing?

Ok, when you reply, look above the quick-code buttons and you'll see a bar for subject. If you type something in it, it will be displayed in the area avobe yur post giving out a basic summary of whether or not you agree, disagree, have your own opinion, etc.

But since we're all into reading posts instead of these summaries, is this subject thing totally obsolete? Doesn't anyone ever use it for whatever reason? I've seen it be used only once or twice. It's usually left blank: says "Subject:" and a blank space after.

Give it a try. After typing your reply, type something in the subject and look at where it makes a difference.

I dont really see the point in it myself, to be quite honest. I have only seen it used once before now.

I dont know if theres some kind of mod or something that can remove it. The subject really only needs to be specified for a new topic.

The text is too small for most people to actually notice, I have used it once before.

gontcha you should not to use that type of font...

rule: As the template for the forum is a black background, this can make it hard to see some colours which have a low contrast. Please do not write in these colours.

There are lots of useless things on the forums. Post subject, Jump to, Brandt, most of them are on the original template for forums, so they're probably kept there because it's easier to leave them.
