Ill join ya in chat :p like a riot defense thing..anyways..i dont think we should start getting mad at each other. As mike and shane siad, it is not one persons fault, it just needed to be done. I respect the decision, as should everyone else. THe DC and DCC was only a small part of the community, and nothing that should tear it apart.

My suggestion though for graphic that the DC would have done. Maybe, make a new catagory/forum titled "Wanted Projects" or something where Mike or Shane can post any sort of graphics they want done. Then anyone can post their graphics there and Shane and Mike can pick the ones they are going to use.

I'm just disappointed at the fact that you shut down the Design Crew. I thought it was really helping the site out...hopefully you can re-consider opening up another form of it in the future because there have been some nice additions due to the Design Crew's work. I have the feeling you just used us for our work and I still have yet to see anything except the Collaboration Backgrounds and Stat Signatures anywhere around. What about the Skill Bars?

As for the fighting...I dont suggest everyone continues to do it here on the forums...take it out on MSN or something where nobody has to go through it when they dont want to be involved or anything.

The skill bars still have to be coded. The chances of having the design crew re-opened are not that good.

I'm just suggesting to open something that allows people to work on stuff to help out the site. Where everyone will be able to have access to it and there will be projects assigned that are all optional to every member. Whether they are good or bad...just submit.

Why don't we do this like a democracy.

Lets make an official poll that will be open for AT LEAST 2 weeks. That way the members can decide if we should have it or not.

if we do it this way then we know if the people (the member) though it was useless or if they actually thought it was helping the site out.

I believe that this is a natural course of society. (Internal Conflict/Civil War)

I also think that this site doesn't neet a design crew. Deadline dates and/or obligations are annoying and most members here have made great graphics and they were not in the design crew. I think people here can still make graphics and not be in any sort of group, it has moe freedom, and if you're one of those people who are in forum groups just for the rank image and/or username color, then you're in that group for all the wrong reasons.

Wow.. O.o It's a little hard logging onto the forums and reading a lot of this. I never came on here and flamed anyone. I kept all of my opinions on my blog where people could willingly read it if they liked. It's hard seeing people who I knew for over year do this over a Design Crew. I enjoyed being in the DC. I liked working with every single one of the members in it. Yeah, I made some mistakes and I didn't do everything right. I cared a lot about it though. Though it's not here anymore, I hope to see even more people design the stat signatures/trophies/etc that make RSBANDB a great site to be at.

Nonetheless, it was something that existed in the past but no longer does. I'm going to move on and keep doing my job and I hope everyone else can.

After reading pages 1 and 2, I half expected the number of special ranks to drop. I was personally astonished and appalled at the posts. It's 2 special ranks. There was no need to flame. The DC, in my opinion, was never needed in the first place. I stand behind Shane and Mike's decision 100%. move on, and let the forest regrow after the fire.

I do believe that is the way things are going to be carried out in the future. I still remember before the DC existed, when Mike and Shane needed signature designed, they just made it available to everyone.
