How did you find RSBANDB?

I was bored one day and went searching for runescape podcasts on iTunes .. and a lot were pretty bad quality. RSBANDBUpdate stood out way ahead of the rest, found the forums, joined at the end of the school year .. and the three months I've been here have been great.

An old friend said he had a topic here about selling yew logs and gave me the link so that I could look at it. I liked the look of the forums and then it all went up from there.

I actually found it on itunes store. I was looking for interesting podcasts about runescape and I stumbled upon it.

I was also looking for RuneScape-related podcasts. Most were old or gave poor information, then I found one featuring a fellow Englishman and it was genuinely funny.

I was browsing RHQ's forum once for whatever reason, and somehow came across some fake galleries (It might of been in one of those Invision photo gallery things).
(I used their calcs but I never did realize they were from someplace else)

Anyways, finding an interest in them, I wanted to see more, so I searched on google "Runescape fakes" or something.
viewtopic.php?f=49&t=16862 was one of the results (very well done gallery too, too bad most (all?) of the images were deleted from the host. XD

That was like in November 2005 or something. Then I went to RSBANDB's homepage and I think there was like a link to update.rsbandb.com there. I listened to episode 1-10, and I thought they were good. So I checked back to that site every few days to see if there was a new episode, and that lasted for a few weeks, and then I realized that they must never update it. So it's sometime in October now, and I remembered there were forums for RSBANDB, so I went to check there if there was any explanation for this. I find that the episodes were instead posted in the update forum, and it was like episode 17 or 18 then. So I listened to the last 7 or 8, then came back every week (or two) until January. One day I stayed on the forums after downloading the podcast and looked around some more, mainly G&A and PKing & Duelling, and then decided to join. I posted some, then gapped visits, then some more, etc. Until about September 2006 around when I started posting more frequently.

Or at least that's how I remember it o_O
