Mobile Version?

Has anyone ever attempted building a mobile version of the website(not including forum)?It just can become somewhat hard when I'm trying to access RSBandB on my Ipod Touch.
IE:
*There are wordpress plugins for mobile usage
*The High scores list could be a bit smaller when on a mobile device
*A mobile version of the Calculators

Just an Idea...

Works fine for me.. Once you're in a thread it's a bit easier. I'd be sure to use landscape vs portrait mode as well.

Also, I don't believe the site is running on Wordpress.

Unfortunately neither I nor Mike or Shane have access to an iPod Touch, as far as I'm aware, so we can't really officially support a mobile version of the site. I'm gonna have to take others' word for it at the moment though as it sounds like it's generally working fine. Either way however, a mobile version is not currently a priority.

The RSBANDBUpdate! and Informer websites are both running on Wordpress while the main site is not. Shane ported our design for that platform but as far as I can see they look identical. There'd be no point in implementing a plugin for mobile users.

I think Shane just figures that there's not enough people that would frequently use the mobile version of the site that it makes it worthwhile to make one.

Pointless. Nearly all current/future mobile browsers function as full web browsers now, e.g. Mobile Safari and Android devices.
