Well, you have two basic options.

You can upload the pic onto Imageshack.us and post the direct link to the image within

Code:

[img]picture url here[/img]

tags.

Or you can attach a picture to your post by using the Upload Attachment section on the Reply/Post New Topic page. All you have to do is navigate to where the picture is on your hard drive and click "Attach file".
