On a serious note though, I've been here almost 5 years and have never seen anyone discriminate against someone else because of post count/rank.

Not only my post count, but as a user here I'd say I'm pretty insignificant so I'm surprised you actually even quoted my post. But are you seriously crying over this because of your high post count that means ****? Post count means nothing to me. Don't act all superior because you have a really high post count. On a serious note though I would care if it was removed actually. It's insignificant and means nothing. But it's nice to have. And when i hit a landmark it's just a nice little perk. I've never understood why other boards removed theres over just dealing with the culprits, it's sticking your fingers in your ears, shutting your eyes and going "LALALALALALALLA" you've still got a forum full of morons there just being stupid in another way now instead.

But like munky I've yet to see anyone discriminated against for there post count.

heh, this is almost as funny as the entertainer joke least they took a bit of my suggestion from last year into that one with starting something a few weeks earlier than april 1st. still funny to see i missed seeing everyone without ranks while i was at work.

Unfortunately joke's like this which are meant as 'Serious' that are released on the 1st are almost always believed to be jokes immediately. Next year start the joke march 1st perhaps? :wink:
