In the near future (within the next 2 months for sure, maybe one), there will be a rsbandb highscores appearing on the website, and I would like to talk about a rule change that will be associated with it. (You all should have received a PM about it too.) The highscores will be using runescape names from the 'RSN' and 'Secondary RS Account(s)' to fill it with RSBANDB members. In order to keep this list an accurate list of members of RSBANDB only, we are instituting a
rule change to disallow any fake runescape names in either of these two fields. If someone does not wish to be included in the highscores they can simply leave these fields blank.
Anyone found having fake names will receive a warning, and be permanently banned from being on the highscores. This rule will be in full effect at the end of March to give people time to make changes.
There will also be restrictions to keep new rsbandb members that just joined out of the highscores, just to keep it from being flooded with new members. The restriction is a relatively low one based on a small post count requirement, and a small length of membership time. As well as there will be restrictions to keep inactive users out of the highscores, if users become inactive, their name will be removed from the highscores till they become an active user for a short while again.
It would be to your advantage to change your RSN field to your real runescape names as soon as possible if they aren't already, as these highscores are already tracking daily xp received (has been since august 2005 for a few users, it was going to come out back then but I stopped working on it till a few days ago to work on other projects

) and other various info based on your stats and experience and rank. Features are still being worked on, so I need more names in the highscores to test these features with. If you do not want your daily xp tracked, it is as simple as just leaving your name out of the RSN fields and not being included on the highscores. Sorry I will not be making a feature to just have your stats listed and to not track your xp.
