Well, first, you should Email either Mike at mike@rsbandb.com or Shane at shane@rsbandb.com and they will help you if you have enough proof you are the true owner of that account.

Another more easy way is to click 'I forgot my password' when you go to the log in page. And the email will be send to you in the email you register your forum account.
