so i bought both full bandos and full dharoks and i cant decide which is better for training

with bandos i have about 117 str bonus and 220 defense

with dharoks i have about 111 str bonus and 280 defense

i cant decide which is better.

str bonus is essential but im training at a place where just a bunyip wont suffice so i need def bonus

Since you said that you need a def bonus I think Dharoks is the clear choice

str bonus is the difference between 50k xp/hr and 60k xp/hr.

well if your training at ape atoll monkey gaurds (the big black ones in the temple) youd use the d'harok (somewhere i beleive i saw 110k per hour somehow) but also on the bandos side it would be good at bandits or armoured zomebies.

tell where your training mostly and we can analize more

Hmm what about bandos chestplate and dharoks platelegs? That should be pretty good for strength and defense.

Dharoks. No choice really. Highest defense bonus, and only -6 str bonus, so go with Dharoks ftw.

Once you tell us where you are training at then we can give you a pretty good idea as to what yo should use.
