Smithing Steel

I am currently smithing and I have some steel bars. I was wondering what F2P item I should make that I can sell and make the most money.

I do not think that there is any one steel thing to smith and sell other then plate bodies which people still alch I be leave

If your just wanting money then don't make anything, just sell the bars.

Steel bar = 579gp (minimum)
Steel pl8 = 1300gp (minimum)

1 steel plate uses up 5 bars so you loose out on 1595gp

So if your in it for the money sell the bars
If you want exp and little profit make pl8's.

You won't make any profit, unless you're making the bars yourself and selling/alching the Platebodies. As previously stated, your only option to gain a profit is to probably just sell the bars and do something else, but for experience the Platebody is the fastest.

To clear things up I AM making my own bars. I want the smithing xp so I wont be selling the bars I will be smithing steel stuff. I was wondering at each smithing level what should i make that will get me the most money from alching.

Make steel playes and high alch them, youll get a bit of mage xp then

After one round of alchs the gold you make from alching should pay for the nats the rest of the time. So you only have to put in money once.
