Can somebody help me figure out how much money it will take to buy enough nature runes to get my magic level from 55 to 99? Nats are currently 243 each and I'm planning on making 50gp profit per alch. Thanks.

Pretty simple for alchs:

(13034431 - [your total magic xp]) / 65 * 243

Round result up to the next whole number for number of Nats needed

If you just got to 55 you've to do 198k alchs

Because you're interested in how much the nats will cost you:

At the current price of 243 gp per alch it will cost you 48,114,000 gp

If you're planning to get 50 gp per alch profit you will end up with a profit of 9,900,000 gp

atm i am runecrafting wich is a slow way to do it... but i have done smithing and that gives u a butt load of money... buy ores and make into bars i.e. mithril bar and then sell and keep doing that it takes a while but it is worth it in the end atleast that is what i think
