So I understand the concept completely, but what I don't get is where do I find these people that buy for prices higher than the G.E?

Do I post on Runescape forums? And if so, wouldn't they see I would be over charging according to the G.E prices?

Please include any and all information on the subject of "junk-trades", I'd like to learn about it.

you can find them anywhere, but mostly on the forums. Take the leaf bladed sword for instance, the GE value is in the neighborhood of 240k. But good luck in buying one for that on the GE. People on the RS official forums are buying for 400k+

So are the "non G.E" prices listed anywhere or how do I find out what items are priced outside of the G.E market?

World 2 and Forums are your best bet.

The forums are your best area to find what your looking for. There is not a set "list" somewhere that I am aware of. If you look on the official RS forums you will see what is selling that way. Mostly new items and or Rare items.
