From what I gather, you are wondering if training on a monster that never dies would be good experience...

Technically, this would only be benifcial to you if you spent quite a bit of time AFK. AFK'ing is considered against the rules, so no, I would not suggest training in this manor.

Just train on something that dies. It will be much easier, and you'll get some drops while you're at it ;)

AFKing aside, I don't think it would be an effective way to train at all. I believe if you haven't done the quest, it's like fighting desert lizards, gargoyles, etc. Once you have him down to one hitpoint, you will hit continuous zeros, making it an inefficient way to train.

i ahve insight! yay me! i once tried doing this on an alt of mine, only to descover that it was totally useless for training. although he hits somewhat low, the exp you get form him is somewhat like a random event. its 1 exp every 10 damage or something like that. very rediculous. not worth the time, even considering how much you would save if you ilegally afk trained. you'd be better off actually training your skill for like an hour.

also, draynor, for one he gains 1 hp per second i believe, and 2, when he drops to 0 he instantly regains 10 hp. thus i suppose if you were high attack, like with a whip, you could afk train on him for like 1 exp per second XD

lets do some math

1 exp per second time 60 seconds times 60 minutes times 6 (longest time you can stay logged in for is 6 hours. it force logs you after that)

60, 3600, 21600 exp in 6 hours... yeah like i said, better off killing something for a half hour instead of afking a quest monster for 6 >_>

Its better to kill something else because there are more better monsters that drop rare items and give good exp like lessers or roaches.
