I need a new Diving Helmet!!

I need a new diving helmet, or also known as fishbowl helmet.
I made a fishbowl and tried to get Murphy to turn it into a helmet for me, but I don't have that option. He made one in the Recipe for a Disaster quest, but now I need it for the Great Brain Robbery.

Any help?

Did you ask jagex in a query or use quest help?

Just head over to murphey and ask him for a new one. He "found" your old one and now has unlimited amounts of diving apperatuses and diving helmets
