One spell in particular, the NPC contact spell.

What people can I contact before I do Dream Mentor? and which ones do I get after completing it? :/

I think you can contact anybody on the thing without doing dream mentor

you can talk to everybody, the quest does not include any new npcs except for the one you talk to while you're doing the quest.

the knowledge base and various other sources say that you get more NPCs to talk to though. :s
