I think you mean the Dragonfire shield? Or is there something even newer than that? :?

Well I know the visage is tradeable. And my friend who got the visage drop in the first week said that the Dragonfire shield was tradeble if it had no charges.

Just to confirm what Warren said - the visage is tradeable and so is the shield if not charged (remember you can ischarge it whenever you wish to sell)

(to uncharge you have to operate it and it will blow dragonfire out of the shield, then it is tradeable)
