Jagex MOD Question

I have never seen a Jagex mod in the game before so, my question is what combat lvl are they?

They can probably be any level they want, I think. Though I've only seen them as level 1 or 126.

Yes they can change there levels, i saw Mod peter in varrock one, he was lvl 1.

New players are level 3 when they start because they have 10 hitpoints.

J mods must have 1.

J Mods have NO stats, quests, music, or anything like that.

They can change and ada anything to their accounts.

They can wear anything they want, get any stats they want, any items, music, etc.

I've seen Mod Mark at Castlewars, he was level 126 lol.

Moderator accounts can manipulate their levels and I presume a lot more.

It can be anything from 1-126, not 1 or 126.
