Under water?

I've always wondered about the underwater part of runescape.I've heard from a friend that there is a quest that lets you go underwater and I want to know how do you go underwater,what you do underwater,and what monsters live underwater.

Recipe For Disaster

The one part of the quest for the pirate allows you to go underwater. Also that quest that gets you that anchor allows you to go underwater. Those are the only two that I know of.

As for the monsters, there are Mogres, Crabs or Lobsters (forget which), and Mudskippers.

you cant fight the mogres only the crabs and muddskippers i think

There's also the part under harmony island, full of zombie pirates.
